Are you offering consulting services?

No, we are not offering consulting services. It easy to mix-up consulting with services. We are a service firm. Services firms are task-oriented, focusing on the execution of specific services. The list of services we focus on are available on this services page.

How quickly can you start to execute your services?

We are usually able to start within 48 to 72 hours max however it may happen for rare skills or due to increase demand that this time is longer. We will always keep you informed from the beginning of our engagement so there is no surprises.

What happens if I suddenly decide to stop using your service(s)?

There is no issues and no cost associated. With us you just pay for what you use and nothing more, we provide you with flexible on-demand services.

Is there a retainer fee or minimum monthly commitment?

Absolutely not, with us you just pay for what you use.

How does the payment work?

If the service(s) you book are executed within 1 month, you pay 50% upfront and 50% once the service(s) have been executed.

If the service(s) you book are executed over a period longer than 1 month, you pay 20% upfront and the remaining amount is divided by the number of months the service(s) will take to be executed.
